Lechon Bread???
Yes, it looks like a lechon baboy but it is not. I don't know what they call this one. This is the first time I've seen this kind of bread. My sister bought it in one of the bakeshop here in Cagayan de Oro City.

It could very well be sa Reuben's bakeshop- they have several branches in Cagayan De Oro (Carmen,Patag, Cugman, Cogon Market)
